CONT. FROM H 10B 1. Tracking and maintaining development budgets for projects for confidential client, including tracking committed costs, spend to date and processing amendments to existing POs and Task orders;br 2. Preparing monthly project controls reports and monthly construction progress documentation presentations to the client and provide an update on cash flow and procurement to date;br 3. Liaising with contractors and designers to determine cost and schedule impacts and to make sure the changes are consistent with the clients design intent;br 4. Reviewing, processing, tracking and reporting on vendor and consultant invoices and payment applications to make sure all documentation is in line with the contract and work performed on site.br 5. Reconciling actual costs with contract pricing and providing guidelines to team;br 6. Suggesting alternate methods of construction for each project phase in order to control costs;br 7. Regularly meet with the client, contactors and on site team to strategize and communicating critical information to other team members in a timely manner to facilitate decision making;br 8. Prepare status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules. Allocate project resources appropriately; approve expenditures; employee contractor contracts. Keep accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects;br 9. Control and report expenditures within limitations of project budget to the client and or senior staff;br 10. Review contractor bids; interview and assign personnel to specific phases and elements of the project through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of the project;br 11. Review project plans and proposals, then work with management to develop objectives. Identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculate time frames and sequences the stages of the project.br br Employer will accept foreign equivalent to a US Bachelors degree with education evaluation. Beneficiary earned the equivalent of a US Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering on 06302014 from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in India by education evaluation prepared by Silvergate Evaluations dated 01152020. Employer acknowledges and accepts this equivalency and confirms Beneficiary meets its education requirement. Beneficiary also has a US Masters degree in Construction Management received on 05062016 from Michigan State University. Beneficiary also meets employers experience requirement of 3 years after receiving the Bachelors degree on 06302014, with work experience at AUCH Construction full time, 40 hours per week as a Project Engineer from 06132016 to 02282018 1 year 8 months 16 days and then at Rider Levett Bucknall full time, 40 hours per week as a Project Engineer from 03262018 to 02282020 1 year 11 months 3 days for a total of 3 years 7 months 19 days. Employer acknowledges and confirms Beneficiary meets its experiencebr requirement of 3 years after receiving the Bachelors degree.
