Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br This position requires experience in managing customer experience during the implementation of special projects; performing quality data analysis on quality product metrics such as IFIRFIR or NPSNSS; thermal benchmarking and Failure analysis using system information tools including HWinfo and component diagnostic tools including Synaptics touchpad diagnostic tool; HeatsinkCooling system design analysis using thermomechanical analytic tools such as Ansys Icepack, Fluent or FloTherm; strategy development; statistical data analysis; delivering executive presentations; 5C and fishbone problem solving; and project and program management.br br The required experience can be gained concurrently through graduatelevel coursework, internship, research or teaching experience.
