Experience must involve 5 years in the following Recommend and locate customized technical solutions to bring about improved system performance and support common use cases for largescale enterprise customers; Architect information technology IT solution design of complex, largescale and strategic projects, integrate various technical platforms, and utilize various industry solution implementation scenarios to design the underlying solution architecture and technology products in alignment with business priorities across all domains; Translate and present complex technical data into readily understandable, nontechnical datasets for client customers; Implement large, complex multidomain, multisite serverbased systems and networks within an external customerfacing and SLAdriven environment; Analyze the effectiveness of existing solution design and implementation processes and formulate customized system improvement plans; Assist in maintaining system resource usage, performing capacity planning, performing troubleshooting and diagnostic activities, and collecting and analyzing application information to identify and implement solutions for performance problems; Guide stakeholders in software solution integration with the existing customer computer network systems, and integrate products by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting interfacing software; and recommend and locate customized technical solutions to bring about improved system performance and support common use cases for largescale enterprise customers . 10 travel required.
