Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting and ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation utilizing quantitative and analytical skills including cashflow discounting under probability and compound interest, pricing of fixed income and derivative securities, capital markets models, scenario analysis, familiarity with macroeconomic and company fundamental data including identifying and analyzing relevant data sets, familiarity with the concepts and calculations of pension and other liability valuations; utilizing tools and technologies including Excel to process large datasets; working with fixed income markets and past markets cycles; coding and developing quantitative tools to enhance decisionmaking; performing reasonability checks of model output; utilizing experience working with actuarial influences on objectives and risks of fixed income or institutional portfolios. Must be an Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries FSA or similar foreign accreditation. Employer will accept three 3 years of study toward a bachelors degree in any field and two 2 years of related work experience to satisfy the Bachelors degree requirement.Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
