Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management or a closely related field. Employer will accept a three or four year degree. Must have 3 years of progressive experience as an Analyst or Associate in investment banking with a real estate focus. Must have experience with the following market research and market studies, feasibility studies with real estate financial underwritings, preparation of marketing materials and tools, data analysis and statistic studies, macro and micro economic studies applied to the particular projects and industries, analyzing legal contracts, operating contracts, and controlling possible legal implications and risk and single assets management and portfolio management studies and reports. Must have specialized experience in diverse markets such as Caribbean and Latin America. Must have knowledge of the following investment analysis, asset management and disposition strategies; international capital structures and acquisitiondisposition marketing strategies; financial modeling and investment underwriting strategies; customer information and distribution channel management; management information systems toolsspreadsheets; project management; portfolio management; services operations management; revenue management; managing legal risk; statistics; macroeconomics; microeconomics; and real estate finance. 10 domestic and international travel required.
