Experience must include 24 months of experience involving the followingbr 1. Preconstruction programming, scheduling and cost estimating experience managing multigroup, multidisciplinary development projects, and technical construction projects;2. Retrofitting projects in live missioncritical environments or occupied spaces;br 3. Design management of Basis of Design development from inception through IFC and managing scope change effects;br 4. Oil and gas engineering design;br 5. Chemical engineering design;br 6. Piping engineering design;br 7. Process safety management;br 8. Managing greenfield and brownfield projects; and,br 9. Project scheduling, estimating, and procurement.
