International operations program management.br br Experience may be obtained concurrently.br br This is a key position with Joyson Safety Systems Acquisition, responsible for managing Inflator Program Management Department to ensure development and launch of new Airbags Inflators programs; directing and coordinating international development teams for Airbag Inflators products and applications; organizing and preparing all Quality Gate Reviews with international Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Operations teams; monitoring Business and opportunities, recommending actions including Capital Expenditure Approval for Manufacturing Lines and Suppliers; and coordinating creation of Road Map and support QFS activities. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive knowledge of, as well as experience in managing Airbags Inflators programs, a Bachelors Degree in International Business, related field or foreign equivalent. 5 years post baccalaureate progressive experience working in Automotive Airbag and Inflators field, is required, as the position involves launch or operations management, administering capital expenditure budget, and handling international operations program management.
