Position requires a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation, employer will also accept two additional years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.br br Must also have demonstrated experience in the following Leadership skills including effectively leading matrixed teams to meet business goals; Manufacturing related programs to establish and maintain GMP and ISO 13485 certification; Manufacturing management and supervision within the Medical Diagnostics or Related Industry; Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing; Adhering to local country laws and regulations, including but not limited to, OSHA, EEOC, and EPA; along with FDA compliance aspects; and High performing manufacturing, regulatory requirements, process validation concepts and techniques, product knowledge, as well as plant and business finance.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
