Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Automotive Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience working in engineering design and change control. Experience must include working with Failure Analysis of Wire Harness; experience with the manufacturing engineering of Wire Harness; tracking the progress of multiple projects; experience in the automotive industry with PPAPs and industry standards for Wire Harnesses; and experience with production capacity analysis including installed vs planned capacity andor OEE. Requires domestic travel approx. 40 of time intl travel approx. 25 of time.
