Bachelors degree or the foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or similar field plus 3 years of experience in a professional Safety and Health position.br br Required experience must include the followingbr br 3 years of experience creating Training materials for all levels of a manufacturing facility including support of regulatory safety standards in the plant.br 3 years of experience working with Fall Protection, Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Out, Slips and Falls, HazComm;br 3 years of experience leading plantspecific training including building skills within the Plant Emergency Organization emergency response team, leadership skills and compliance including permit to work, BBS program and Authorized work for electrical teams;br 3 years of experience analyzing data and trends to show leading and lagging indicators including safety accident and near miss rates;br 3 years of experience working with budget management and tracking of PPE consumptions;br 3 years of experience acting as Point of Contact for internal and external audits including assessing levels of compliance of the training program, PPE program, confined space, LOTO adherence and safety records regarding proper training and documentation;br 2 years of experience working with Microsoft systems including Office 365 Suite.br br Domestic travel required up to 15 of time to North American headquarters, divisional conferences and training at other factories.br br J.12.
