Requirements Ph.D., or the foreign equivalent, in Spanish, or a related field; At least eighteen 18 graduate credit hours of Portuguese language, literature, linguistics, history, andor culture classes; Demonstrated excellence in teaching Spanish at the university level in the US or Canada, with at least two years of parttime graduate teaching experience; Native or nearnative proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; Ability to work collaboratively with all campus constituencies; Demonstrated andor potential for excellence in service and scholarship.
