In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in regulatory product compliance, product safety certification, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in regulatory product compliance, product safety certification, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include One of the following a Product Safety; b Electromagnetic compatibility EMC Radio Frequency RF; c Environmental; or d Grid Codes Standards and Regulations CSRs; Regulatory energy and charging product compliance certification experience e.g., UL1741, UL1741 SA, UL1973, UL 9540, UL 2202, IEEE 1547, IEC 62109, IEC 620401, IEC 62619, IEC 61851, FCC, EN 610006, CSA 22.2 No. 107.1, or related; CE marking process, RFRED, Environmental REACH, RoHS, or WEEE or North American Listing; Power Analyzer WT3000E, ScopeCorder DL850, AC grid simulators MX45, or RS90 laboratory equipment; and Data acquisition tools e.g., Keysight 34972A, Yokogawa DL850, GM10, or WT3000E. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
