In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in High Pressure Die Cast process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in High Pressure Die Cast process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Microsoft Office software e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or Access; Statistical Process Control SPC; Design of Experiments DOE; Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA; FANUC or ABB robots; and Experience with the interactions between the high pressure die casting process HPDC conditions e.g., die temperature, die and tip lube application, shot profile, or related and its influence on the metallurgical and structural integrity of cast aluminum components. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
