In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in supplier quality and development. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a a Masters degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in supplier quality and development in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above. Pre or postMasters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include PPAP or APQP processes; Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT and inspection; Quality Management systems; Six Sigma certification not required and Lean methodologies; SPC and data analysis; and Experience directing supplier activities at a management level. Approximately 15 domestic and 15 international travel required to review runatrate, gage and fixture designs, and first off tool parts, as well as to approve capacity planning and negotiate contracts and pricing. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
