In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in process development.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, and work experience to include Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE improvement; Bill of Materials BOM; Manufacturing Execution System MES; Specification Management and Change Point Management; Data collection and analysis, including ability to develop data driven root cause analyses and solutions; Problem solving methodology including DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why 5W, or Eight Disciplines 8D; and Statistical Process Control SPC. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
