Requires a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires seven 7 years of general engineering product development experience, including five 5 years of experience with the following automotive product development; leading complex projects in a competitive and dynamic environment; leading individuals and teams without direct authority in a result driven environment; three 3 years hardware design and validation or software development design or testing; two 2 years RD cost monitoring; experience with electronic module manufacturing process; using project management tool such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or IMS. Requires 5 international travel to visit the plant or other development locations.
