However, according to time and date.com, 180 days from September 17, 2022 is Thursday, March 16, 2023. This application is being filed on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, and therefore is clearly within the regulatory 180day period.br br This is supported by the FAQs, which say that for timelines the day of the event is not counted. If the event was September 17, 2022, that means 13 days were used in September, 151 days were used in October through February, and 15 days were used in March, which totals 179 days.
