Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 3 years of experience with software enhancement and production support. Experience must include a minimum of 3 years of experience leading production support and maintenance teams; 3 years of experience working with Eagle STARPACE Accounting and Reporting application; 3 years of experience working closely with product owners, business users, and other IT teams to elicit requirements; 3 years of experience of working with third party product vendors and working with an onshoreoffshore support model; 3 years of experience with production support procedures; 3 years of experience with Oracle PLSQL, SQL Server, Unix shell scripting, and PERL Scripting; 3 years of experience with Capital Market and Asset Management; and 2 years of experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo, and JIRA.
