Knowledge of building elements including industrial and commercial and residential roofs, steel and concrete structure, insulation and waterproofing, building envelopes, landscaping, MEP and infrastructure; Experience with preparing property and facility condition assessment reports ASTM E201815, reserve fund studies and performance audits, deficiency report, due diligence, Capital Asset Management, CapEx; Experience with project management, design and shop drawings; Experience with lab and testing material and CCIL field testing certificate CSA A.23.2 standard, visual and destructive site testing; Experience interacting with customers; Knowledge of financial terms and principles; Experience calculating intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, commissions; Experience conducting basic real estate financial analysis; Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite Products.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. The years of experience listed in H.6A and H.10A do not apply to the required skills listed in this section. The employer will accept any level of experience, knowledge, or proficiency in the specific skills listed in this section.br br May work from the companys headquarter office in Dallas, TX or reside anywhere in the US and work remotely from home.
