In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in managing software development projects in a business or technical role.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include Structured, datadriven and quantitative problemsolving methods e.g., DMAIC, RCA Framework, Pareto Analysis, Survey or Statistical Sampling; Data analytic tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Pandas; SAP or Oracle ERP; SQL, NoSQL, or MySQL; Process improvement toolkits e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; and Programming in R or Python. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
