Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent in a related field and 10 years of work experience inbr br 1. Process and Systems knowledge background and technical principles expertise in Petrochemicals andor Oil Gas industry with Plant operational experience.br 2. Projects for PCC;br 3. Developing, managing, and delivering the means and methods of the commissioning execution strategy, schedule, and cost;br 4. Liaising with Client Management during the Engineering, Precommissioning, Commissioning through Startup Phases until client handover is complete;br 5. Directing staff in various functions to meet all project commissioning and startup objectives;br 6. Phases and areas of the Complex Utilities, Process, Offsites, Jetty, all contractual scope;br 7. Coordinating with other departments to achieve required process performance and production target in accordance with the project requirement;br 8. Tracking and optimizing costs, chemicals, consumables, manpower, vendors, equipment, in contractual scope of work;br 9. Managing the timely and efficient delivery of all administrative services; andbr 10.
