Requires a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and three years of experience with operational and process improvements within a global manufacturing environment. The three years of experience must include three years of experience with 1 managing material flow activities 2 identifying opportunities for cost reduction, leadtime reduction, and inventory reduction; 3 creating standardized operating procedures for logistics framework; 4 identifying process bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements; and 5 working with internal and external auditors within a world class manufacturing environment.
