Must have bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Will accept masters degree in lieu of Bachelors. Must have 3 years of experience in software engineering positions performing the following Web UI development; Web frontend development; Developing, testing, and refactoring ObjectOriented JavaScript; Building large websites with CSS; Writing HTML; Crossbrowser development including multiple versions; Utilizing design patterns; Developing functional prototypes using HTML, CSS, and ObjectOriented JavaScript to demonstrate creative concepts; Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Application Engineers to refine and improve the complete user experience; Utilizing understanding of web, usability, and accessibility standards; and Utilizing jQuery and Responsive design. Must have 1 year of experience working with the following Ajax; MVC Frameworks; JSON, SOAP, REST; Performing unit testing of frontend code; Popular frameworks Angular and Backbone; Gitbased version control systems; Agile methodology; Continuous Integration and Deployment; and Serverside languages such as Java, .Net, and Ruby. Position may be eligible to work remotely but is based out of and reports to Global Payment Holding Company offices in Plano, TX. Must be available to travel to Plano, TX regularly for meetings and reviews with manager within 24hours notice.
