In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related.br br In H.6A and H.10B above, the experience requirement is seven 7 years of experience in the job offered or seven 7 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related and five 5 years of experience in the job offered or five 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and seven 7 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Strategic Sourcing; Cost analysis; Contract negotiation; Resolution management; Procurement; and Value Stream mapping. Approximately 10 domestic and 15 international travel required to Asia Pacific China, South Korea, Japan, Europe Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, and other unanticipated supplier locations for supplier production facility audits, onsite commercial negotiations, production, and business reviews. Travel expenses to be paid by employer. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.6, H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br In F.2 above, the All Other SOC is assigned based on the extension 119199.04, Supply Chain Managers.
