10 years of experience working with land development andor public works design or municipal consulting services, specific to storm water engineering; 10 years of experience working with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System MS4 jurisdictions in Southern California; 10 years of experience working with engineering principles, techniques and procedures to design or modeling production with EPASWMM, HECRAS, HECHMS, HECGEORAS, SBPAT, or similar; 5 years of management experience supervising the work of engineering designers; 5 years of experience working with business and management principles associated with strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production procedures, interview and hiring methods and the coordination of people and resources; 5 years of experience taking responsibility for the design teams direction, control and planning; sets realistic goals and makes plans independently of others; 5 years of experience working with jurisdictional processing procedures; and 5 years of experience working with CAD or GIS for preparing exhibits, studies andor final plans. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. Must be a Registered Civil Engineer RCE also known as Professional Engineer PE license. Domestic travel required 10 of the time.
