Experience and Education Requirements Masters degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field foreign equivalent is acceptable, as well as proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, plus a minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated professional employment experience in providing translation services in the educational field.br br Required employment experience must includebr 1 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in providing oral interpretation and written translation between English and Chinese;br 2 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in translating educational documents between English and Chinese, including school applications and enrollment materials;br 3 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in maintaining interpretation records;br 4 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in proofreading and editing translations;br 5 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in supervising interpreters and overseeing interpretation and translation projects; and,br 6 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in using interpretation software, including Wordfast and memoQ.
