Candidate must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Working across the Project preparation, Blueprinting, Realization, Configuration, Testing, Final Prep, Go Live and Production support phases of SAP ASAP implementation methodology for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterpriselevel clients, utilizing SAP Human Capital Management HCM module;br Analyzing and documenting currentstate systems, processes, and environments to support project design of futurestatetobe systems, processes and environments, leveraging FitGap analysis and the As IsTo Be model;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using HP ALM, MS Project Management, MS Powerpoint, and Excel;br Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP HCM;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional technical requirements and analyze translate requirements into project designs, to deliver SAP solutions using ASAP, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies including Momentum Methodology for HCM implementation;br Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents, utilizing MS Sharepoint, Google Drive, HP ALM, and MS Teams to communicate project tasks for SAP HCM implementation;br Creating technical functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS Office Suite;br Mentoring junior team members, monitoring team workloads, and engaging directly with client stakeholders to meet project expectations.
