Requires a Bachelors degree in Biological Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, a related engineering field with a concentration in food processingequipment or foreign equivalent, followed by 4 years of progressively responsible project management experience in the food and beverage industry. Experience must includebr br 4 years of experience following PMBOK guidelines or prior acquisition of a PMP project management professional license;br 4 years of experience handling scope of work in an environment with or of the typical timeframe given for deadlines and a demonstrated understanding of what can expedite a process without compromising safety or quality;br 4 years of experience simultaneously handling at least 20 small to large scale capital food systemprocessing engineering projects of varying scope and complexity;br 4 years of experience handling at least 3 large scale capital food systemprocessing engineering projects with a cost ranging between 5MM 25MM;br 4 years of experience effectively controlling costs through utilization of vendors, materials, equipment and other resources;br 4 years of experience using systematic or engineering methodology to gain efficiency and avoid operational redundancy;br 4 years of experience communicating with both junior and senior team members regarding issues of project scope, requirements, and cost.br 4 years of experience planning, forecasting, setting objectives and actioning projects with aggressively reduced timelines i.e. completing a project in less than initially projected time; andbr 4 years of experience with project management leadership for engineering projects within the food or dairy industry.
