Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Paper Science, Forestry, or related field and 7 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate onsite leadership experience at a large at least 200 million board feet lumber manufacturing facility.br br Of the required experience, employer also requiresbr br 5 years of experience with budgeting, forecasting, and PL statements.br 3 years of experience in improving the safety culture and operating safe facilities.br 3 years of experience in utilizing root cause analysis improve operations.br 3 years of experience in leading reliability initiatives to improve asset performance and utilization.br 3 years of experience with each of the following Computerized Maintenance Management Systems CMMS, MP2, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel.
