In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Business, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in supporting data analysis needs for global operations.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Business, or related and three 3 years of experience in supporting data analysis needs for global operations in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Statistical analysis using R or Python e.g., Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Sklearn, or related; At least two 2 of the following SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or HiveQL; Tableau or related analytical visualization tools; Visual management and how to display data effectively; Financial analysis including QuarteronQuarter QoQ or YearoverYear YoY benefit break down; JIRA ; and Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
