Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field and 2 years of experience in testing or analysis of complex software or hardware features OR Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field and 5 years of experience in testing or analysis of complex software or hardware features.
