Minimum Requirements Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a software developerrelated occupation.br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites within commuting distance of Slalom, LLCs New York, NY office.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 3 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Translate business requirements into well architected software solutions by contributing to all aspects of software development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and operations; Work closely with internal resources and IT clients to best align business needs with technical capability and feasibility.br 2 Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software including Salesforce Platform according to clientspecific needs; develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation; Design and participate in software life cycle, developing Enterprise class software using Cloud based applications.br 3 Contribute to the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including participating in requirements gathering sessions to help translate business requirements into technical requirements, participating in client whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and design sessions, developing custom solutions and integrations on Salesforce, and assisting with testing scenarios and validating test results.br 4 Develop high quality design and code artifacts that meet the specifications and software that is scalable and reliable; Programming skills and ability to review complex design, code bases written by others.br 5 Engage in innovative problemsolving activities, requiring conceptual thinking to create out of the box solutions with prototypes, proof of concepts and pilots; Apply best practices and industry leading standards to quality work products.br 6 Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces; Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Adherence to security and compliance standards.br 7 Software development methodologies such as Agile and waterfall; Development based on incremental and iterative approach.
