In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related.br br In H.6A and H.10B above, the experience requirement is four 4 years of experience in the job offered or four 4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a combination thereof. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or two 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and four 4 years of experience as described above. Pre or post Masters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Strategic Sourcing; Cost analysis; Contract negotiation; Resolution management; Procurement; and Value Stream mapping.
