Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.br Two years of managerial experience in an IT organization, including experience in Planning, directing, and coordinating the operations to deliver IT solutions and strategy to public and private sector clients; Implementing software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle; Establishing priorities based on analysis of third party tools and software and making recommendations based on analysis; Managing client, subcontractor, and vendor relations, including searching for and vetting new vendors and preparing propositions and estimations for new clients; Hiring and interviewing software developers; Overseeing fiscal performance of an organization; Preparing and executing marketing, public relations, and sales strategy.
