Must have a Bachelors degree in Technology, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, related work experience in real estate professional services. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in Technology, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field and 7 years of progressive, related work experience in real estate professional services.br br Must have 5 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated workplace management systems, specifically IBM Tririga, Yardi and Nakisa.br br Must have 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Manager working on the development of a Real Estate focused technology product in the B2B model.br br Must have 4 years of experience in the workplace technology space, developing andor implementing solutions specifically around occupancy, space utilization and portfolio rationalization.br br Must have 5 years of experience as a project manager for technology projects including system selection, implementation, integration and change management.br br Must have 7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.br br Must have 2 years of experience in Blue Prism RPA software, R Statistical Packages, Python, andor similar software.br br Must have 5 years of experience managing a diverse team of professionals on multiple project teams.br br Must have 5 years of experience working on global teams and crossfunctional teams.br br Must have 5 years of experience communicating with Clevel and executivelevel clients and stakeholders.br br Must be eligible to obtain CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, MRICS, PE, PMP, LEED or CCIM certification within one year of hire.br br Requires travel up to 50, of which 20 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
