Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i Synthesis of organic chemicals, isocyanates, polyurethane prepolymers, polymers, mesoporous zeolites, organometalliccatalyst design and synthesis; ii industrial manufacturing experience in developing new synthetic routes for monomers, polymers, additives; iii troubleshooting chemical process; iv scaleup from lab to pilot plant, process optimization, optimize batch cycle time and commissioning of production batches; v Gas phase and liquid phase phosgenation chemistry vi Identification of impurities and processproduct quality monitoring using analytical methods like GC, GCMS, 2DVT NMR, Xray crystallography, SCXRD, PXRD, FTIR, HPLC, Fluorescence, DSC, TGA, GPC; vii halogenated trace impurities viii catalysis, reaction kinetics, CH activation of pincer ligands by transition metals, air sensitive, Schlenk techniques; ix Intermediate to advanced written and verbal skills in English and German; and x Design Thinking innovation approach. Experience can be concurrent.
