Position requires a Bachelor of Science or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, plus five 5 years of experience in job offered, as a UX Designer, or related occupation.br br Education or experience must includebr br 1. Testdriven environment AB testing to help inform design direction;br 2. Communication and collaboration strategies with crossfunctional partners PMs, engineering, other designers, and execs in evolving design proposals;br 3. Expertise in considering the technical difficulty of different designs, and in finding ways to test concepts as simply as possible;br 4. Experience building new consumer product offerings, and conducting user research to inform MVP definition and development;br 5. Core UX design skills, including facilitating design sprints, use of design solving frameworks, creating user flow, defining IA, creating wireframes, and prototyping;br 6. Experience with visual design skills with a given UI pattern library; andbr 7. Experience using design tools such as Sketch.
