Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent, including a 3year foreign degree plus three years of experience developing highly scalable and commercial software products in Visual Studio or, alternatively, a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent and five years of experience as stated above. Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess the following quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section Demonstrated expertise designing and developing web applications using Microsoft Visual Studios, .Net CORE, MVC, ASP.Net, 04, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and L1NQ; Demonstrated expertise developing front end applications using frameworks and tools such as Angular, SignalR, HTML5, Kendo Ul, CSS3, Typescript, and JSON; Demonstrated expertise in implementing service oriented architecture using REST Web API and conduct unit testing using tools such as NUnit, Moq, Dot Cover, and Log4NET; Demonstrated expertise in managing development related activities such as GIT for source code control, Azure DevOps for deployment and release, ReSharper for code review and refactoring, and Agile SCRUM practices for daily task management and production support; Demonstrated expertise developing software for Job Order Contracting following standard practices of the construction industry; and Demonstrated knowledge of Job Order Contracting workflows and processes.
