A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, operations engineering, Industrial designinnovation, or process engineering.br br In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in industrial engineering, operations engineering, Industrial Designinnovation, or process engineering. Experience must includebr br 1 2 years of experience with complex automated material handling equipment, and systems including robotics and highspeed manufacturing.br 2 1 year of experience in application of advanced methods and computational packages for simulation, optimization, and design e.g. FlexSim, Python etc..br 3 1 year of experience in 2D3D modeling SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalentbr 4 2 years of experience simultaneously managing multiple high visibility projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.br 5 2 years of experience delivering results from Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent methods into production operations.br 6 2 years of experience with system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
