Complex dataimage analysis using data analysis tools such as various statistical methods and programming languages of Python or Matlab;br 2. Usage of Scanning Electron Microscope SEM and working of Scanning Electron Microscope and Imaging techniques employed in SEM;br 3. Characterization of performance of Machine learningDeep learning algorithms, including troubleshooting the performance of Machine learning algorithms and suggest solutions for performance improvement;br 4. Creation of strong visualizations to generate insights from data, utilizing Excel, Powerpoint and Tableau; andbr 5. Characterization of next generation state of art semiconductor wafer inspection, review and metrology products, including designing experiments, collecting data, performing analysis and publishing results.
