Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and five years of experience in software development or application engineering. Alternatively, employer will accept seven years of experience in software development or application engineering in lieu of a Bachelors degree and five years of experience.br br Experience with each of the following requiredbr 1. Building webbased applications using C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and SQL.br 2. Designing and developing distributed systems to interact with relational and nonrelational databases, such as MongoDB.br 3. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery CICD tools.br 4. Agile development methodologies.br 5. Deploying systems into both the AWS and Azure public cloud environments.br 6. Using testing frameworks, such as NUnit and Selenium.br 7. Managing the full life cycle of project requirements, including gathering, design, development and testing of highly scalable, data driven applications.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
