Must have a Masters degree in Chemistry or other closely related advanced science degree and at least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries. Required experience must include at least 4 years of experience in all of the followingbr br Managing a global business unit or organization in pharmaceutical or chemical industry;br br PL, including drivers impacting final yearend results, and managing short and longterm goals impacting PL;br br Setting and defining global strategy for organization understanding market drivers and translating into mid and longterm actions for the enterprise;br br Leading research and development efforts for a highly complex, capital equipment sales and servicesupport organization with ability to focus teams on projects and develop strong contacts with technical leaders, both internal and external, to impact project timelines to be firsttomarket;br br Managing product portfolios, including lifecycle management anticipating industry changes, supply drivers;br br Establishing strategic customer relationships globally and managing key account developments;br br Managing backend operations, including supply chain and procurement, human resources;br br Understanding of production SOP, business impact;br br Selling products in different countries and regions that includes a some time spent in different countries; andbr Communicating key messages to stakeholders and employees across a global footprint.br br Travel required 3050 of the time domestically to customers and internationally to other AutoChem sites and customer sites, primarily in Europe and Asia.
