Background in education, training or experience should include experience with planning and cost control for preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling in production facilities; experience increasing efficiency in production lines, reducing downtime and low performance due to means of preventivecorrective maintenance; project management experience to reduce product transition time set up for production lines, including experience in the startup of new factories and production lines for cans and ends; experience in managing spare parts inventory for a production unit; experience in monitoring and improving actions on key maintenance performance indicators KPIs, including MTBF mean time between failures and MTTR mean time to repair; experience in commissioning equipment for the manufacture of cans and ends; experience in maintenance of die set of cans and ends; demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise SME in can manufacturing processes, including double can and end production lines; ability to develop and train factory personnel in existing processes and assist factories in preparing maintenance and longterm strategic plans for process and equipment problems. Approximately 70 domestic and international travel required to company and client sites. No telecommuting benefit; no alternate work or residence location available.
