Required expertiseknowledge includesbr br Experience with engineering grade plastic resins.br Experience with tight tolerance tooling and resolving out of spec issues.br Experience with GDT, SPC, DOE and Six Sigma techniques.br Experience in plastic molding, metal casting, metal extrusion and metal stamping.br Knowledge of plastic processes of 2shot molding, IMD, IML, and insert molding.br Knowledge of secondary processes, including machining and decorating anodizing, plating, painting.br Experience working with suppliers in Asia.br Experience with CAD software ProEngineer or Siemens NX solid modeling.
