At minimum, requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus four 4 years of experience as an engineer with electrical submersible pumps. Experience must include the following Configuring and designing customized pump systems based on client application requirements; Performing specification review, pricing, and quality assurance testing for pump systems; Performing root cause analysis on pump failure and providing solutions; Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; Implementing project budget assessment, resource allocation, and project timelines throughout pump system project life cycle. 20 domestic travel required. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.
