Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems; programming experience with at least one of the following modern languages Java, C, or C#; and experience with object orienteddesign.
