Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience. In addition, experience with the following skills is required 1 Coaching internal teams during the entire Software Development life cycle and guiding the organization by using knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and XP; 2 Leading collaborative discussions and solving complex issues related to Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Change Management, and People Management; 3 Maintaining internal code on user interface applications using ASP.Net and improving the performance of database store procedures and complex queries using SQL Server and Teradata tools; 4 Developing, maintaining and tracking reports, documentation, deployments and status of projectsproducts using MS Project, Jira, Jira Align, SharePoint and Slack; 5 Collaborate with Senior management, product owners and IT Managers in defining the Program Increment roadmap, milestones and IT Operations strategy for every PI Planning event; and 6 Supporting design, development and maintenance of innovative healthcare products using Cloud tools including MicroStrategy, AWS Cloud and Palantir Foundry.
