Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance will accept 3 or 4year degree, and three years of experience in the position offered or as a Senior Manager or Manager in the accountingauditing field.br br All of the required experience must have included performing review and impact analysis of new SECGAAP pronouncement position papers; serving as lead liaison for external audit requirements; compiling 10Ks, 10Qs, audit committee materials and board decks; conducting impact analysis of significant transactions, including debt activity, goodwill and intangible impairment testing, business acquisitions and dispositions and their subsequent disclosure for external reporting purposes; executing financial statements of audits; planning and developing audit testing strategies and testing execution substantive and controls; reviewing audit staff work; performing walkthroughs and document controls; and implementing process enhancements. 1 year of the required experience must have included maintaining accountability of forecasting, accounting and recording of client billings within the media industry; performing compensation and contractual negotiations; performing revenue modelling and scenario analysis; reviewing contracts and associated impact analysis; partnering with business leads to ensure client profitability and satisfaction; reviewing monthly close process to ensure compliance with GAAP; analyzing accrued and deferred revenue reconciliations; reviewing and aligning client specific contractual compliance.br br Must have Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant Certificate or foreign equivalent.br br Telecommuting permitted from any location in the U.S. up to 50 of the time.br br The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia certified that the Foreign National successfully completed the Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and received a certificate of completion on August 11, 2014.
