Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills developing largescale, multitiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C; serviceoriented architecture; and distributed programming. Must have at least two 2 years of experience mentoring junior software engineers. Must have knowledge of professional software engineering practices best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
