A masters degree in Computer Science or the equivalent is required. At least 2 years of experience as Systems Analyst, Business Architect or in a Business Process Management BPM Consultant role is needed. Experience must include analysis of clients needs, project feasibility, cost reports and business models; understanding and implementation of software development lifecycle SDLC; overseeing new system implementation, preparing proposals and developing BPM solutions. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are required. Position is primarily remote but occasional 20 travel to client sites or to main office is required.
